I liked the show a lot, but really don't have anything to say about it right now, so I'll just include the announcement here.

The Faux-Real Theatre Company proudly presents The Naked Show in the pure
pop festival.

Yes, everyone is naked.

The Naked Show follows a girl through the journey of a summer romance in
Cornwall, leaving a trail of discarded clothing along the way. A "What I
did on my summer vacation" feeling couples with fast cuts jumping from
point to point on the relationship time line, producing a MTV generation's
romp through sex and the English country side.

The original concept was a reaction to gratuitous, "artsy" nudity on
stage. While nudity is trying to establish a specific reaction from the
audience, they lose their focus because their safe zone is invaded. The
audience feels uncomfortable and alienated. In The Naked Show, this is
exactly the reaction we are trying to achieve. Through the physical
nudity, the audience can feel the emotional nakedness of the main
character Mona, baring her soul in a hostile atmosphere of repression and
leaving her as vulnerable and uncomfortable as that naked guy under the
spotlight.

The Faux-Real Theatre Company, known for its annual production of William
Shakespeare's Haunted House at Belvedere Castle, is presenting The Naked
Show as the adult element of its summer season and the pure pop festival,
which includes the children's Faux-rie tale Greensnake and the theatre
party FunBox2000.
