27 August 2004 Police presence on 2nd Avenue and 10th Street in NYC after a 5,000 cyclist Critical Mass ride ended up at the St. Mark's-in-the-Bowery Church. Post-arrests, the police remained for another couple of hours, herding people onto the sidewalks and being generally pretty rude.
